Over the holidays, I’ve been trying to make good use of my hoard of scrapbooking materials. So we made some birthday cards, Christmas cards, thank you cards…
It may not seem like much, but I realised how touched most people are when they realise that you’ve taken the time to make a card for them and pen down some personal thoughts.
In this day and age, people have accumulated too many objects in their lives, and sometimes it’s hard to figure out what to buy a person who seems to have everything they could ever need or want… the solution! Make a handmade card first, then think of something practical that would not clutter up their space further. : )
Even after making some 20 cards last year, looking at my scrapbooking stash, including what others have given to me, I realised I still have too much. So I’ll be giving away the loot below, worth more than $50!
