Cheese and Bread hearts

What does one do with a chance at a SAHM day?
 Make fancy breakfast of course!

Well, in this case it was very simple cheese slapped onto a slice of bread, but I used a kitchen scissors to cut heart-shapes out…

Not bad for free hand cutting eh? Well, my first attempt was quite terrible, but as they say practice makes perfect. So this was how it looked second time around.

K was real pleased (even with the uglier first time ones) and asked for seconds, and thirds!  Nice to know how a little fancy cutting goes a long way in ‘marketing’ the food down little throats.
