Blessings & Co – trinkets for Mother’s Day (Discount and Giveaway!)

I was most delighted when Blessings and Co invited us to review their products. Such gorgeous eye candy!

A company that brings in high quality fine silver and gold jewellery from Italy, they also carry the popular children’s brand Piccolo, whose cupcake earrings and ladybug engraveable ID bracelets are simply endearing!

The girls were really excited when I told them that there was something special for them in the package. Managed to capture their glee as they opened the lovelies.

K loves pink and B loves blue, so I chose these same-same-but-different bracelets (Blue and Pink “Angel and Heart Bracelets” for them, and they were thrilled! The little angels were simply too cute.

This design is adjustable too, as with most of their children’s jewellery, so you need not worry that they’d outgrow it too quickly, or be too loose for immediate wear. 🙂

Our blessings

The attention to detail and the beautiful enamelled charms made it evident that these were heirloom material! Something that would be perfect as a full-month gift from doting grandparents, and totally welcome by parents, I suspect!

Hint: They come with matching drop earrings too, if your little princesses have pierced ears!

The girls examined their precious gifts gingerly, and were so pleased to wear them for Good Friday service. Sweet and not gaudy, I thought they were perfect for little girls.  How wonderful if they were to be eventually passed on to their own little girls, if they have any!
Comes with its own polishing cloth and velvet pouch.

The kind folks at Blessings and Co very sweetly let me choose something for myself too, as a Mother’s Day present. Thank you so much!!  I was totally drawn to the Silver Locket Harmony Ball.

These are part of the “Locket Birthstone Harmony Ball” range, and are made of a chiming bell containing a tiny xylophone, thus creating an ethereal, soft tinkle when shaken.

The bell inside the Harmony Ball I chose was made of brass, and the locket design was made of nickel-free 925 Sterling Silver.

My favourite part about this item was that it was crafted by local silversmiths from Thailand and Indonesia, and profits from their sales benefit needy children in Bali, Thailand and Cambodia (via associations such as Bali Kids, Mercy International and The Australia Cambodia Foundation).

That’s simply wonderful, don’t you think?

A closer look at just some samples of the vast variety of Harmony Balls they offer.

So if you are wondering just what you can get your mum or mum-in-law for Mother’s Day, why not browse through this website with them, or pick one of these precious gifts as a surprise?

Personally, I think this sparkly heart locket, simple solid silver cross, or classy double hoop earrings in my favourite combi of white and rose gold, are lovely as Mother’s Day gifts. Our you could send this link to your kids or husband, as a none-too-obvious hint, haha!

My trinket

As for me, I took to my new locket so much that I, ahem, wore it three days in a row. I loved the little amethyst stone atop the locket, and the pleasant light tinkle of the chime. The girls were fascinated with it too, and had fun opening and closing the locket clasp.
